Edify Yourself In The LORD

Psa 43:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

King David understood that he needed to encourage himself. Psalm 103 begins with "Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless His holy name."

Go ahead and encourage yourself today in the LORD. Build yourself up by speaking His Word over your life, command your soul to bless His Name. You have every reason in the Kingdom of our Lord to rejoice! For your name is written in the Lamb's book of life! GLORY!

You are loved....

Eze 37:1 The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
Eze 37:2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.
Eze 37:3 And He said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, thou knowest.
Eze 37:4 Again He said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.
Eze 37:5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
Eze 37:6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.
Eze 37:7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
Eze 37:8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.
Eze 37:9 Then said He unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
Eze 37:10 So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.

Receive the Victory in Jesus Christ

1Jn 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.

You have nothing to be afraid of for greater is the LORD who is in you, than he (the devil) who is in the world. You as a child of God are not of this world, but are seated with Christ in Heavenly places by His precious Blood. Use your authority given to you by Jesus Christ and receive the victory!

1Co 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Laying Down Our Lives To Follow Jesus

Mat 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.
Mat 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

The price to be paid for following Jesus is not cheap. Denying ones self and following the Lord will require on our part a solid commitment to Him, regardless of what the world would think about it. If you have jumped off the boat to walk on the water only to discover that it was not as easy as you thought it would be, don't give up. Keep your eyes on Jesus and He will be there to help you through it. He didn't promise the sea would be smooth, but you can speak with His authority that He has given to you, and command the roaring sea and storm to be still.

In our walk with Jesus, there is no getting around Holiness. That is only part of the cost we pay to follow Him. The Greek word used in the Bible for our English word Church means "Called out". Which goes right along with what the LORD says, "Be Holy, for I am Holy". Holiness is "being separate, set apart or aside", which parallels with the "called out" for the Church. There is no way around it. Holiness in our commitment to Him is what He requires. There is a cost to be paid, but the reward is eternally forever!

Don't get mixed up with worldliness with your walk. Stay modest in clothing, pure in talk and your walk. Remember what Paul said...

2Ti 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
2Ti 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
1Ti 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;

Cast Your Cares Upon The Lord Jesus

Psa 61:1 To the chief Musician upon Neginah, A Psalm of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
Psa 61:2 From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
Psa 61:3 For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.
Psa 61:4 I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

When you feel overwhelmed, cast all your cares upon the One who cares for you. Don't carry the heavy burdens of trying to figure things out. Pick up the yoke that Jesus has for you. He has taken our griefs and sorrows, and nailed them to the cross. Isaiah 53:4. Lift your eyes up unto the hills, from where your help comes! See Psalm 121

You are loved greatly in Jesus. Don't give up! Keep going!

Feasting In The Midst Of Adversity

Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Feasting in the midst of adversity is what the LORD has for His people. There may be all kinds of evil going on in the world, but we are not of it, so we therefore walk in another place with the Lord. Paul wrote in the book of Ephesians that we are seated with Christ in the Heavens.

Let Him anoint you with His fresh oil of joy, happiness, peace and prosperity. Our cup runs over with His Goodness in our lives. Will you let Him give this to you today? He is ready. Just sit down with Him, meditate upon His ways and let Him serve you with His Goodness.

Breath Of God Is Blowing

Eze 37:5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

You can be sure that when God breathes upon something that it will live! The Bride of Christ is going through a revival process and His breath is breathing upon it. There is a shifting and shaking going on, and it will intensify this year of 2012.

What is encouraging about this? It means that we are rapidly approaching the hour of that glorious moment of when the Church (Bride) meets the Wonderful Almighty Lord Jesus! Yes, with shifting and shaking in the natural and supernatural, we are being purged (1 John 3:3) to meet Him.

Purging is a beautiul and encouraging process as we yield to it. Though in the natural element of it, there is pain as pruning occurs. Just like giving birth, there is a pain in delivering, but the result is oh so wonderful!

Get ready Bride of Christ! Your Revival is about to be poured out on You with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and Fire as He said He would do. (Luke 3:16) Yes, CPR to the Bride. The Breath of God is blowing over the Church. Breathe in and let Him Revive You.

P.S. Don't get out of the 'love walk' as we go through the purifying process together, that is the foundation of who God Himself is...LOVE!

You Are Loved In Jesus!

Speaking Words Of Edification

Pro 16:24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

It is very important to keep our tongue lined up with the Word of God. Speaking edification, encouragement, health and healing over others and ourselves. There is life and death in the power of our tongue. Proverbs 18:21

It does not mean that edification comes without a warning given in the Love of Christ to keep us from sin. The bottom line of His Love to us is to build us up, let's make sure we are building up with His Love, and not tearing one another down with our words, no backbiting, no gossiping, and no slandering. Love works no ill to the neighbor. None.

Rom 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Quit Looking Back and Press Onward!

Php 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
Php 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Could have, should have, would have. No need to look back and think that way. There can be lessons learned from past mistakes made, but there is no sense in condemning yourself over and over for what you could have, should have, or would have done.

Press onward! Keep moving forward with the wisdom and revelation you have gained in Christ! The prize awaits in Christ Jesus! Wipe away the guilt, you are forgiven by the Blood of Jesus Christ. No shame. No blame game. Just move forward.

Love Is The Heartbeat Of The Holy Father

Rom 12:17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

1Pe 2:23 Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judgeth righteously:

If you've ever been mistreated, spoken to harshly, or just plain insulted, let us think on the ways of the Lord Jesus Himself. All the accusations that came to Him, yet He reviled not back. Kept His mouth quiet and committed it to the Father who judged righteously.

At the same time, do know that when we walk in love it does not mean we are to just be a door mat for someone to walk all over with their dirt.

Our life must be Holy Spirit led, and you'll know the what to do as you just be still, and listen for His voice of direction for the response to give. Sometimes love is up front in the face, and other times it is just simply quiet.

The love that has been shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit is a un-selfish love, it does not require for someone to deserve it before it is given to them. Love will always win. Just listen for it, the heartbeat of the Father.

Praise His Word - Remember The Promises!

Psa 56:10 In God will I praise His word: in the LORD will I praise His word.

Start praising God for the promises in His Word. Regardless of what it looks like, we must praise His Word! His Word is truth, life and so fulfilling to all who hear, and obey it. See yourself as He sees you.

By the Blood of Jesus Christ you are righteous and acceptable in His sight. The atonement has been made, and you are free to declare all of His promises that are yes and amen in Jesus Christ!
Stand up today and declare His promises, for it is faith that pleases Him.

Cry out at the midnight hour, and look at defeat in the face, and laugh at it! You have the victory!

Boldness To Speak The Word Of God

Act 4:29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word.

We need the boldness of the Holy Spirit in our lives to preach the truth in love, without compromise. Sometimes that truth may sound pretty blunt to others, but so was Jesus with how He said things.

He was very radical with His talk, it shook the Pharisee's religious ways, and they certainly took offense to it. Do take note that this verse Acts 4:29 states that we should be bold to speak His Word, not our own.

1Th 1:5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

Divine Healing Miracles Given By God Alone

Act 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
Act 4:14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.

When the manifest presence of God pours out, there is nothing that man can do to refute it, nor stand against it. Such a mighty work done by Him of healing will leave others in true awe of who He is.

I'd say that the old saying, "The proof is in the pudding.", would apply to verse 14, as they could say nothing against it. When God steps in through the divine healing power in the blood and stripes of His Son Jesus Christ, there is nothing, and I say again, nothing anyone can do to take away from what happens.

It will always remain what it is, a divine miracle given by God Himself. To Him be the Glory forever and ever! Amen!

Wait Upon The LORD

Psa 27:14 Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

You know whenever a word is repeated twice in the Bible it is extremely important. Wait upon the LORD! If you have felt weary, just wait upon Him. He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek after Him. Wait patiently for Him.

Isa 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Psa 37:34 Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

Psa 130:5 I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.

Lam 3:25 The LORD is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him.

Mic 7:7 Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

Just wait....

Hiding Under The Shadow Of His Wings

Psa 17:8 Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings

King David here in this Psalm shows us just how close the LORD desires to keep us. There is nothing we can do that He does not see. Nothing at all. We His Children are the center of His attention, and when we cry out to Him in our prayers He hears us. Have you asked the LORD to keep you this close to Him? He desires to do it.

Enter into that secret place with Him through the relationship made by the shed Blood of Jesus Christ. We must stay far from strife, contentions, jealousy, envy, bitterness, and all works of the flesh, so that we remain in this protective place with Him.

Don't give any place to the devil, no gate of access because of any un-repented sin, shut the gates with repentance, and open the doors to the LORD'S protection.

Let us hear from you...

Forgiveness Is A Must

Mar 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

Mar 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Forgiveness is such an important part of any Christian's life. It is vital that we have this operating so we can be forgiven of our trespasses. Forgiveness operates by faith, just because you haven't forgotten about something, doesn't mean you have not forgiven that person.

If a memory has kept coming back of someones trespass against you, plead the Blood of Jesus over it. Say out loud with your mouth that you have forgiven that person, and just keep on excercising the love of God towards them. The power in the Blood of Jesus can wash away all scars from trespasses.

Let us hear from you...

Following The Peace Of God

Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

We must be sensitive to let the peace of God rule in our hearts. How many times in the past have we missed the direction of God because we did not yield to the path of peace. If you are in a situation and you have that inner feeling that "Something just isn't right", don't go one step further! Wait!

You may not know what the reason is, but you better listen to that voice speaking to you. God's voice comes from deep within the born again believer, not a mind thought in the head, but the voice of God comes from deep within your spirit. It's the voice of the Holy Spirit saying, "Don't go this way!".

Even if the path before you looks beautiful and smooth, God has a better way for you. Follow that peace. Listen to that still small voice.

You may not ever know why the LORD didn't want you on the path you were taking, but it could've been to spare you from something terrible that was about to take place on it. Don't go by how the path looks either, go by what you feel inside. No matter how peaceful, beautiful or relaxing the path may be, don't go against that un-easy feeling.

Once you make that decision don't be double minded about it, stay solid in your faith of what you believe. Don't let your mind talk you out of what the Spirit and peace of God is telling you not to do.

Let us hear from you...

God Sits In The Heavens And Laughs At His Enemies

Psa 21:13 Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.

Psa 2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

There are times when we are required to do battle against the enemy using the Word of God as our sword, and there are simply times when God says, "I've got this one!" What a moment that is!

You know when the LORD speaks from the Heavens that the earth shakes and trembles, and just one look from Him, just one little movement of His finger can wipe out an entire army of demons.

Know this, that our Holy Father sits up in the Heavens and laughs at the enemies. Go ahead and join in with His laughter, soon enough you'll find yourself filled with the understanding that "Greater is He that is inside of you, than he (the devil) who is in the world!"

GLORY! Praise the LORD for His power that reigns forever and ever!

Let us hear from you...
