YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!
If you have ever felt like you don't have the right standings in your own flesh to fight against the devil, you are correct on that! Your own righteousness is as a filthy rag - Isa 64:6, but through the blood of Jesus we have been redeemed and vindicated, fit for The King.

Our righteousness is of the LORD! Not of our own! Sometimes the devil tries to get people to where they feel just depleted and of no use because of past failures and sins. Thank GOD for the Blood of Jesus that makes us the new creation in Him. 2Cor 5:17 We are redeemed by His Blood and washed as white as snow for His use. Fit for His Glory by the Blood of the Lamb.

The next time, if there be one, the devil comes to you and tries to keep you in a pit of despair or grief, you tell him that Greater IS HE who is in you, than he (the devil) who is in the world - 1 John 4:4. You are not of this world, but are seated with Christ in the Heavenlies! Don't go by how you feel when you stand your ground. Go by what He says about you! Your righteouesness is of Me saith the LORD in Isaiah 54:17.

Isa 54:16-17 KJV
(16)  Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
(17)  No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of Me, saith the LORD.

And do know that it is the LORD who is your Shield and Defense. Place your trust in Him.

Psa 33:10-22 ESV
(10)  The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He frustrates the plans of the peoples.
(11)  The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations.
(12)  Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom He has chosen as His heritage!
(13)  The LORD looks down from heaven; He sees all the children of man;
(14)  from where He sits enthroned He looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
(15)  He who fashions the hearts of them all and observes all their deeds.
(16)  The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.
(17)  The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.
(18)  Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His steadfast love,
(19)  that He may deliver their soul from death and keep them alive in famine.
(20)  Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.
(21)  For our heart is glad in Him, because we trust in His holy name.
(22)  Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in You.
