Walking on the Word of the Lord!

Mat 14:27-31 ESV
(27) But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid."
(28) And Peter answered him, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water."
(29) He said, "Come." So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus.
(30) But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, "Lord, save me."
(31) Jesus immediately reached out His hand and took hold of him, saying to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"

Why did Peter begin to sink? His eyes were on the natural and he began walking by what he saw. In truth he really was walking on the Word of Jesus, not even the water. Did you get that? Walking on the Word that was given. "Come!"

When we walk by faith our foundation is in the Word of God that will keep us from sinking. Don't let fear, doubt and unbelief enter in. Never entertain negative thoughts against the will of God for your life.

Walk on the Word! Not by what you see! Amen.

2Co 5:7 ESV
(7) Gor we walk by faith, not by sight.

Keep the switch of faith turned on! Keep believing Him for what HE has promised. Be a believer and receiver of His promises! You can do it! Keep walking on HIS Word! GLORY! HALLELUYAH!
