STAND YOUR GROUND!
1Ch 11:12-14 KJV
(12) And after him was Eleazar the son of Dodo, the Ahohite, who was one of the three mighties.
(13) He was with David at Pasdammim, and there the Philistines were gathered together to battle, where was a parcel of ground full of barley; and the people fled from before the Philistines.
(14) And they set themselves in the midst of that parcel, and delivered it, and slew the Philistines; and the LORD saved them by a great deliverance.
King David's men that he chose were warriors who knew how to fight and were not afraid to stand their ground, for they knew the LORD was with them. Notice in vs 13 it says the land was full of barley. This would represent the harvest, and it is clear to see the spiritual side of this. The enemy was trying to take the harvest. Everyone else fled, but not David and Eleazar. They stood their ground and the LORD gave them a great deliverance of salvation that day! Don't let the devil take your harvest! STAND! STAND! STAND YOUR GROUND AND TAKE YOUR INHERITANCE!
It reminds me of the verse found in Ephesians:
Eph 6:13 KJV
(13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
....and having done all, to stand. You just got to take a stand and trust the LORD for His deliverance! Don't back down, don't make room for the devil or give him a place because of disobedience to the Word of God. Submit to YAHWEH the Holy Father through Jesus Christ and stand firm! Be obedient to His Word and then the devil will flee! GLORY!
Take some time today to read the last words of David in 2Samuel Chapter 23, the men he chose were valiant and very strong and brave. You are loved in Jesus...
