Act 4:29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word.
We need the boldness of the Holy Spirit in our lives to preach the truth in love, without compromise. Sometimes that truth may sound pretty blunt to others, but so was Jesus with how He said things.
He was very radical with His talk, it shook the Pharisee's religious ways, and they certainly took offense to it. Do take note that this verse Acts 4:29 states that we should be bold to speak His Word, not our own.
1Th 1:5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
