The Proof Is In The Pudding - Is Yours Flavored Right?

2Ti 4:5  But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry

In this lifetime the un-saved of the world need to see an excellent example of a true disciple of Jesus Christ. Just like the title suggests that "The Proof Is In The Pudding", so it is with our Christian walk. Do you offer God's love that never fails? That is priority and ingredient #1 right there. Love.

But before you get to thinking that love is all soft and cuddly, you better think again. Often enough it is a roaring vehement fire that blazes through our walk and talk, and it can very much provoke others and offend at times. The Corinthians were a messed up bunch of believers who were very carnal minded, and because of that they got met with the boldness of Apostle Paul as He rebuked them. Take a moment today to read through 2 Cor 13, and you will see the bold love of the Holy Spirit through Apostle Paul.

2Co 13:1  This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
2Co 13:2  I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:
2Co 13:3  Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.

P.S. Here is the key to a rebuke filled with love, it is to edify and not destroy, but it is also done with power of the authority given of Jesus Christ. Now that's serious authority!

2Co 13:10  Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction
